Tal is the founder of the property development group with over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the industry. He takes a hands on approach, engaging and working with all stakeholders from project inception through to completion.

Immersed in a wide range of property related activities from land acquisition, feasibility studies, finance, town planning, design concepts and marketing, Tal is astute with economic trends and zoning ordinances when assessing land for potential projects.

Oshik Emkies

Director

Oshik has been in the property and construction industry for the last 15 years. After commencing his apprenticeship, he advanced from Site Manager, Project Manager through to managing his own business. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the building industry including renovations, residential, retail, childcare and multi-unit development.

His responsibilities include overseeing all projects and managing staff whilst ensuring all projects continue to run smoothly from conception through to completion.
